Sandbox terms of use

The terms for using the A2A InstaPay Sandbox.

These terms apply to your use of the A2A InstaPay Sandbox, including the developer portal, the sandbox API, the hosted screens, the demo app, the tools and the documentation (together, the sandbox). The sandbox is provided by FINAP USA LLC. A2A InstaPay is a product of Fintechnology Asia Pacific Lanka Ltd, licensed to FINAP USA LLC. By creating an account, requesting credentials or using the sandbox, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

1. Purpose#

The sandbox is for building, testing and demonstrating integrations with A2A InstaPay. It is not a payment service. No real money moves, no real accounts are opened and no real identity checks are carried out.

2. Your account and credentials#

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password and credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspaces. Tell us at once through the support form if you believe your credentials have been exposed.

3. Data you enter#

Use only test data or data you make up. Do not enter real personal information about any person, real bank credentials or real payment details. We may delete any data that appears to be real.

4. Acceptable use#

You must follow the acceptable use policy.

5. Availability and changes#

The sandbox is provided as is and as available, without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the sandbox, and we may reset or remove workspaces and data, including under the retention periods in the privacy notice. We announce significant changes in the changelog.

6. Production use#

Access to the sandbox does not grant any right to use A2A InstaPay in production. Production use requires a separate written agreement with FINAP USA LLC and approval of your integration.

7. Confidential information#

Documents we share with you on request, such as partnership documents, remain confidential and are subject to the confidentiality terms under which they are shared.

8. Intellectual property#

The sandbox, the documentation, the SDKs and the tools remain the property of their owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them to develop and test your integration with A2A InstaPay. Code samples in the documentation may be copied into your integration. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

9. Liability#

To the extent permitted by law, FINAP USA LLC and its licensors are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of the sandbox, which is provided free of charge for testing.

10. Ending your use#

You may stop using the sandbox at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the sandbox.
